Introduction to Business Continuity

Introduces delegates to the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Lifecycle for them to understand the key functions of BCM.
This course provides the building blocks and components you need to understand business continuity. All six elements of the business continuity lifecycle will be covered, as well as the requirements for developing and maintaining a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
This is the ideal training course to lay the foundations for those new to Business Continuity (BC). It is based on the International Standard ISO 22301 of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
Improving Risk Management in incident response and planning

Examine risk management and gain a detailed understanding of the risk management processes.
This workshop is designed to improve understanding of crisis management risk. We will look at how the UK Government and Local Resilience Forums prepare and share community risk registers (CRR). Additionally, through practical exercises and group chats as we explore how risk fits into the broader picture of resilience.
